The subscriber rate requires verification of an active paid Aigorum entitlement. Merely having Aigorum installed does not qualify. Forge remains usable and purchasable on its own.
A compatible workflow can turn an approved request into the operation appropriate to that repository: compile a project, run tests, audit files, apply a patch, execute an analysis or invoke a formal verification tool. Forge does not pretend every repository already knows how to perform every job; the workflow is part of the workspace contract and a failed dispatch is reported as a failure.
